Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "visa4d", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://visa4d.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and API-connected applications.
• "Member", "you", or "the User" refers to any individual who has completed the registration process and holds an active account on visa4d.
• "Account" means the personal member account created by you upon successful registration, through which all platform transactions and activities are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) value held in your account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits, and accrued winnings, less any deductions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or reload bonus credits awarded to your account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by you via an approved payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required prior to withdrawal processing, including submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "Services" means all products available on visa4d, including sports betting (including bandar bola — football bookmaking markets), live casino games, slot titles, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and any other gaming or wagering product offered on the platform from time to time.

Eligibility

Access to and use of visa4d Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity) and a resident of Indonesia.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active account. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any Services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All betting and gaming activities must be conducted solely for your own personal entertainment.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily placed through visa4d or imposed by any affiliated or partner platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of visa4d or any of its affiliated entities.

Account Registration

To access visa4d Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. visa4d will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

KYC verification is a mandatory component of the account lifecycle. Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card), proof of address, and, where applicable, documentation verifying ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until compliance is achieved.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on visa4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any conversion required is the sole responsibility and cost of the depositing member.

Approved deposit methods currently include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are published within the platform's cashier section and may be updated without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being approved.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds in your account must be fulfilled before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the cashier section. Standard bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for requests received before 20:00 WIB.
• visa4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual in size, frequency, or other characteristics.

visa4d does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party bank fees or e-wallet transaction charges imposed by your payment provider remain your responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

visa4d offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 matches, the UEFA Champions League, and Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri and the national independence period.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (stated per promotion) before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Markets: Wagering requirements may only be satisfied through bets placed on eligible markets and game categories as specified per promotion. Bets placed on excluded markets (e.g., certain low-margin betting exchanges or specific table game bets) will not count toward wagering completion.
• Expiry: All bonus offers carry an expiry period, stated in the promotion details. Unused Bonus Funds that exceed their validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus promotion at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise by visa4d.
• Abuse Prevention: visa4d actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets to cover bonus wagering requirements at minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or structuring deposits to artificially trigger bonus conditions. Any detected abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Eligibility: Bonus offers are available to members who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of the offer. visa4d reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or participating in any game on visa4d, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after placement, except where visa4d's specific game rules provide for a void or cash-out option.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market, game type, and account tier. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by visa4d without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a live game or bet placement, visa4d's records shall be the authoritative source for resolving any dispute regarding bet status, outcomes, and settlement amounts.
• visa4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, data feed failure, or human input mistake. Affected members will be notified and stakes refunded.
• All casino games (including live dealer tables, slots, and togel lottery products) operate using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or live physical dealing equipment. Game outcomes are independent, fair, and not influenced by prior results.
• For sports betting including mix parlay accumulator bets, settlement is based on the official result at full time (90 minutes plus injury time for football) unless the market definition states otherwise (e.g., "including extra time").

Responsible Gaming

visa4d is committed to fostering a safe gambling environment. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that all members are encouraged to utilise proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold per time period. Your account will be restricted from further betting once this threshold is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. The platform will log you out automatically when the limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure. All self-exclusions are binding for the stated period.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Enable timed pop-up reminders showing your session duration and current net position.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on visa4d and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software programs to place bets or interact with the platform in a ma nner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's pricing, odds display, or game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other members, agents, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share bonus credits, or coordinate betting patterns designed to circumvent platform rules.
• Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or facilitate any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with visa4d support staff.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt visa4d's servers, databases, security systems, or network infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at visa4d staff or other members via any channel.

Intellectual Property

All content published on visa4d — including but not limited to the platform's logo, trade name, visual design, user interface elements, written content, game assets, data feeds, odds compilations, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of visa4d or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation from visa4d.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the platform.
• Create derivative works based on any visa4d content, branding, or proprietary data.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the platform or any portion of its content on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of visa4d intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be pursued through applicable legal channels.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, visa4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension, delay, or termination of platform services due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond visa4d's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on odds, statistics, game results, or information displayed on the platform that may contain errors or delays due to third-party data feed issues.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any financial loss arising from gambling activity conducted on the platform, including losses sustained during bonus wagering periods.

In circumstances where visa4d is found liable, our total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

visa4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data collected during KYC verification, transaction monitoring, and platform usage analytics. Your data will never be sold to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. visa4d assumes no liability for any member's failure to review updated terms in a timely manner.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and betting platforms. visa4d operates as an internationally licensed platform and makes no representation that its Services are lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond its stated target market.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or your use of visa4d Services, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally accepted arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits visa4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm to the platform or its members.
